She instantly sees through Molly's "Milly" persona, and tries to get her to break by having Molly do things that she hates, like eat maple syrup and watch street magic.Īfter trying, and failing, to confront Molly at home, Libby ends up chasing her and Scratch around town, until finally catching up to them in the park. In " Scratch the Surface" she became suspicious of Molly, since she was acting weird when trying to hide Scratch's existence. Later, when Scratch possesses Andrea's body, makes a declaration that people can pronounce her name however they want and that Libby (and Molly) deserve better treatment, making everyone cheer for Libby to her happiness. In " First Day Frights", Libby meets new student Molly McGee, who several times also misspoken Andrea's name, and after sitting next to her, Libby tells her about her own history with Andrea, although Libby refuses to interact with Molly any further since she thinks she almost have Andrea worn down. Once, when Libby was in first grade, she accidentally called Andrea Davenport, the most popular girl in school, "Anne-drea", and due to Andrea's influence, she became an outcast until the events of the show. Libby was raised Jewish, preserving several family traditions such as celebrating Hannukah.
